You can machine wash our winter on a low temperature using a gentle cycle. Do not use harsh chemicals, do not bleach or iron them. Wash with similar colors.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at studio@thehoundproject.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to measure your dog for a wintercoat
Always measure your pet standing in an upright position to get the right measurements and the best fit. If your pup falls between two sizes, opt for the bigger one for better coverage. Using a soft tape measure take the chest, neck and back length measurements as shown below. When measuring the chest and the neck place two fingers perpendicularly under the tape measure to ensure a comfortable fit.
- Length: from the nape of the neck to the beginning of the tail
- Chest: the chest circumference at its widest part
- Neck: the neck circumference at its widest
