Coats
You can machine wash our winter and raincoats on a low temperature using a gentle cycle. Do not use harsh chemicals, do not bleach or iron them. Wash with similar colors.
Accessories
We recommend hand washing our accessories in luke warm water. Soak them for 15-20 minutes using a gentle detergent, then rub and rinse. Lay them flat to dry.
Vegan accessories
Use a damp cloth or wet wipes to clean our vegan accessories, then lay them flat to dry. Do not machine wash, soak or tumble dry them.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at studio@thehoundproject.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
